Abstract
The invention relates to a device for tempering a chamber, comprising at least one component (5) which forms a thermal accumulator and has a surface (11) oriented towards the chamber, in addition to tubes (9) thermally coupled to the component (5), which can be traversed by means of a heating or cooling medium. According to the invention, said tubes (9) are integrated into a panel (1) containing expanded graphite or made of expanded graphite and said panel (1) is in flat thermal contact with the surface (11) of the component oriented towards the chamber.
Claims (27)
1. A device for the temperature control of a room, wherein the device comprises at least one component (5) which forms a thermal accumulator and has a surface (11) pointing into the room, as well as pipes (9) thermally coupled to the component (5) which can be acted upon by means of a heating or cooling medium, characterised in that the pipes (9) are embedded in a panel (1) which contains expanded graphite or consists of expanded graphite and the panel (1) is in flat thermal contact with the surface (11) of the component pointing into the room.
2. The device according to claim 1, characterised in that the panel (1) made of expanded graphite is fixed to the surface (11) of the component (5) by means of a thermally conducting adhesive layer (4).
3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the pipes (9) run in a serpentine manner, in a grid shape, in a spiral shape or in a meandering pattern in the panel (1).
4. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the panel (1) is in heat-conducting contact with the surface (11) of the component (5) over its entire principal surface (12) facing the surface (11).
5. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the density of the panel (1) lies between 0.04 and 0.10 g/cm3.
6. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the panel (1) has a thermal conductivity of more than 2 W/mK.
7. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the panel (1) is made of a mixture of expanded graphite and a binder, in particular a resin or a plastic.
8. The device according to claim 7, characterised in that the fraction of the binder is 5 to 50 wt.%

9. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the panel (1) is made of a mixture of expanded graphite and a latent heat storage material (PCM), in particular based on salt, wax or paraffin.
10. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the component (5) comprises a concrete ceiling or concrete wall.
11. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a plurality of panels (1) with pipes (9) embedded therein are fixed adjacent to one another on the surface (11) of the component (5).
12. The device according to claim 11, characterised in that the pipes (9) from adjacent panels (1) are interconnected to form a pipe circuit and that the pipe circuit is coupled to a conveying device for passing a heating or cooling medium through the pipes (9).
13. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a stiffening layer (6) is applied to the surface (13) of the panel (1) facing away from the component (5).
14. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a stiffening layer (6) is applied to both surfaces (12, 13) of the plate (1).
15. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the plate (1) is disposed in a frame (2) fixed to the component (1).
16. The device according to claim 15, characterised in that the frame (2) is made of a thermally conductive material, in particular of a metal sheet.
17. The device according to claim 15 or 16, characterised in that the panel (1) is glued in the frame (2).
18. The device according to any one of claims 15 to 17, characterised in that the frame is configured as a cassette (2) which is open at one side.
19. The device according to any one of claims 15 to 18, characterised in that the panel (1) disposed in the cassette projects over the frame edge (2c) thereof on the open side of the cassette.
20. The device according to any one of claims 15 to 19, characterised in that the frame (2) is configured as a cassette with a perforated base plate (2a).
21. The device according to claim 20, characterised in that a non-woven fabric (3) and a perforated graphite film (15) are disposed between the base plate (2a) of the frame (2) and the panel (1).
22. The device according to any one of claims 20 or 21, characterised in that the graphite film (15) comprises a film made of expanded graphite with a perforation.
23. The device according to any one of claims 20 to 22, characterised in that the perforated graphite film (15) is firmly connected to the non-woven fabric (3).
24. The device according to any one of claims 20 to 23, characterised in that the non-woven fabric (3) comprises a glass fibre non-woven or a carbon fibre non-woven.
25. The device according to any one of claims 20 to 24, characterised in that the non-woven fabric (3) comprises a carbon fibre non-woven which is connected to the perforated graphite film (15) by calendering.
26. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the panel (1) with the pipes (9) embedded therein is self-supporting.
27. Method for temperature control of a room bounded at least on one side by a component (5), wherein the component (5) has a surface (11) pointing into the room and the mass of the component (5) forms a thermal accumulator which is thermally coupled to pipes (9) through which a heating or cooling medium is passed, characterised in that the pipes (9) are embedded in a thermally conducting panel (1) containing expanded graphite or consisting of expanded graphite and the panel (1) is in flat thermal contact with the surface (11) of the component (5) pointing into the room, so that at least a part of the thermal energy stored in the heating or cooling medium is transferred by heat conduction from the pipes (9) via the thermally conducting panel (1) to the thermal accumulator for intermediate storage and from there is delivered to the room in a time-delayed manner.
