Abstract
Diverses réalisations de cette invention présentent un ensemble de dispositifs servant au traitement de la régurgitation mitrale, l'ensemble comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs de formation de tissu ayant différentes longueurs, chacun des dispositifs de formation de tissu étant configuré pour être installé sur un sinus coronaire d'un patient à l'intérieur d'un cathéter ayant un diamètre extérieur ne dépassant pas un cathéter de calibre 10. Diverses réalisations de cette invention présentent un dispositif de formation de tissu adapté pour être disposé dans un vaisseau à proximité d'un cur de patient en vue de reformer le cur du patient, le dispositif de formation de tissu comportant un ancrage extensible adapté pour établir un contact avec une paroi du vaisseau à l'aide d'une force exercée radialement vers l'extérieur, l'ancrage comprenant un élément absorbant l'énergie d'expansion.
