Abstract
Dans la fabrication de papier et d'autres tissus industriels, il est préférable d'avoir des moyens de surveiller l'usure du tissu, particulièrement sur ses surfaces internes et externes, même si le tissu est installé sur une machine en fonctionnement. La présente invention concerne des filaments indiquant le degré d'usure et les textiles constitués de ces derniers. Cette invention se rapporte à des filaments comprenant plusieurs couches (14, 16, 18) qui entourent un fil âme (12), ledit fil âme et les couches pouvant être distingués les uns des autres de manière à indiquer l'usure du tissu; et des monofilaments conducteurs utilisés pour détecter l'usure d'un tissu, des filaments multicouches utilisés pour créer une ligne de guidage sur un tissu et un monofilament conducteur qui présente également une couleur contrastante, utilisé pour former une ligne de guidage du tissu.
