1. This application is in regards to but does not limit itself to, the tool housing body;

2. The present application relates to an apparatus that uses "force" to generate perpendicular movement across the linear plane threw a minimal resistant sealed bearing pack located internally. In Figure 1, the ports located at the end of the nozzle with dual angles cut into bore of the nozzle uses said "force" to propel the nozzle in a rotational motion perpendicular to the shaft. The "force" is localized to the end of the nozzle by rear seals and a front metal on metal overlapping seal.
3. The said tool can be used to, but is not limited to, using various forms of force to drive the nozzle in cleaning applications, cutting applications and well bore wash applications where a non rotating force is hindering to the performance of the situation.
4. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the illustrated embodiment without departing from the spirit and scope of this document.
