Abstract
This invention provides functionally and esthetically useful wall mounted Tooth Brush Holder push pull type. This research evaluated the problems, inconvenience associated with daily use of Tooth Brush and storage, and developed & designed two useful Tooth Brush Holder. Both the Tooth Brush Holder resolves the all the problems and inconvenience in dally handing, storage of Tooth Brush. Just push the Tooth Brush in to the Tooth Brush Holder store it nice and easy and remove by just pull it downwards, so this will save your time and space. it is designed in such a way even a 4 year old kid can use it without trouble. Both Tooth Brush Holder keep the top part of Tooth Brush (the brush head) covered, hygienically from contamination. More over this Tooth Brush Holder keep the Tooth Brush fiber intact / straight without getting distorted.
The first design is a rectangular box (Drawing #1 Figure #1) with many chambers with a front door opening in one direction, towards inside only and a bottom door with a slot open towards down words only. Both the doors close automatically using a spring or magnet.
It has a hopper type guide which led the Tooth Brush to the slot and a two metal or plastic strip with spring action to push the Tooth Brush fiber straight The second one consist of a elliptical or a round tube of 3cm x4cm diameter and 4.5 inch length the tube is made of metal or plastic. It is swing hanged both side one inch from the opening as shown in drawing # 4 figure #5 there will be a counter weight at the other side of the tube to keep the tube horizontal when there is no Tooth Brush.
The front opening is with a bell mouth shaped guide to bring the Tooth Brush in position when it is pushed in. When the Tooth Brush push in the pieces in four sides move outwards and once the Tooth Brush reach in exact position the pieces push inside with spring to keep the Tooth Brush in without falling and keep the Tooth Brush fibers intact. When the brush is pushed in, due to the weight of the Brush the Tooth Brush Holder swing and hang vertical. Then it is simple to remove it by pulling it downwards, when the Tooth Brush is remove the Tooth Brush Holder swing back and stay horizontally so as to receive the Tooth Brush.

Description
2.0 Description This invention of Tooth Brush Holder provides easy storage and hygienic handling of Tooth Brush. The back ground of the invention is, in our fast paced life every morning is a busy time, especially if you have more than two children. I have two boys going school, every weekday morning is busy, and everybody wants to get out of the house before seven. The younger one Vishnudattan is very careless when he comes out of the bath room, he throws the Tooth Brush on the counter top very carelessly, but he keeps the bath towel somehow on the towel hanger. My elder son Davadattan always complaint against his little brother that he is not neat, not taking care of the Tooth Brush, just throwing it on the counter top and get contaminated by the splashing water when somebody using the wash basin. Elder son Davadattan has very high sense of hygiene, he cover the head of the Tooth Brush with a cover, then keep it in a pencil box and then he put the pencil box in the shelf. One day my Vishnudattan brush fall in the toilet bowl, there after I told my younger son to bring his Tooth Brush to me after use. He is always acting like "Tom and Jerry" he bring his Tooth Brush like as he holding a flag and give to me, it is my responsibility to store it.
I decide to buy a suitable Tooth Brush Holder to solve this problem, I went o many shops as well as internet, and I could not find a suitable product. I find many products available in the market, but each one has its drawbacks. For example counter top Tooth Brush Holder is easy to use but there is a problem it is to get contaminated. Then I decide to find solution to resolve all the problems associated with it.
= It should be easy to use, convenient to store after use.
= Simple and easy to remove from the holder for using.
= It should keep the Tooth Brush from getting contaminated "Hygiene".
= Avid the chance of falling down, good grip on the stem of the Tooth Brush.
= Keep the Tooth Brush fiber intact without getting distorted.
= It should be a space saving design.
= Functionally and esthetically acceptable or useful for all the different kind of Tooth Brush.
= It should be insect proof i.e. made of insect repel material or coating.
I made two suitable designs which solve all the associated problems daily use of Tooth Brush and storing.
The fist one is a rectangular shaped box with multiple cashmeres i.e. holders as shown in the figure, drawing#: 1 figure #1 it has six chambers or holders from A - F.
Each chamber has a door opening only in one direction only, open towers inside. It is always remain closed using a spring, torsion rod, magnet or the resilient property of the material of the door or combination. There will be a stopper to prevent the door to open outward. The size of the rectangular holder box is about 180mm to 220mm length, 60mm to 75mm width/ breadth and 60mm to 75mm height, which can hold six Tooth Brushes, i.e. six chambers. The size of the each chamber is 30/35mm x 60/75mm x 60/75mm.
Each chamber has a bell mouth shaped guide it is made of a metal strip or plastic which is mounted on the side wall of the chamber; there will be minimum two plates each on each side. The shape of the plate will be approximately "U" shaped to provide spring like property for the guide (Drawing #2 Cross section at A-A), to move sidewise and push the Tooth Brush fibers and keep straight without distortion.
At the top of the chamber is curved slot, semi round to fit the top edge of the Tooth Brush handle that also move upwards, which is mounted on spring. The bottom door open only downwards, it has a slot to keep the Tooth Brush from falling down. It will remain closed automatically using spring, magnet or resilient property of the material or combination. This bottom door stops the Tooth Brush from falling down, it requires 1LB weight to open, i.e. to remove the Tooth Brush from the Tooth Brush Holder as shown in the drawing #4.
This Tooth Brush Holder can be mounted on wall using screw or hag it on nails, it is easy to remove and fix. There will be two modifications for this Tooth Brush Holder.
At top of the box provide lamp and at the side a holder for tooth paste. This Tooth Brush Holder is designed in such way that it will function with all the different kind and shapes of the Tooth Brush available in the market.
The second design it is an elliptical or round tube of diameter 30/40mm and up to 4.5 inch long. It is pivoted 1 inch from the opening as shown in the drawing #4. The other end there is a suitable counter weight to keep the tube horizontal when there is no Tooth Brush. When the Tooth Brush Holder is in horizontal position it is easy to put the brush in. This Tooth Brush Holder will swing to vertical position when the Tooth Brush pushed in due to the weight of the Tooth Brush. The Tooth Brush will stay there due to the friction or the force excreted by the spring or magnet or combination of both. The opening remain closed when it is empty, it is an opining like a vagina, made of polymers or rubber. The inside will be tapering like a bell mouth; this will guide the Tooth Brush to the exact spot. As the Tooth Brush pushed in or pull out the four side wall move outward, this will help the Tooth Brush fiber remain straight when pushing in or pulling out. This four walls mounted on spring move inward and outward, once the Tooth Brush reach in the exact cavity the wall push the walls inside by this the Tooth Brush will hold fast without falling and keep the Tooth Brush fiber straight and intact. The whole tube is pivoted on a bracket made of plastic or metal. There will be more than one tubes i.e. holders say six in one unit.
This invention also provides additional modifications of the Tooth Brush.
Making the brush attracted by magnet so as to function well the Tooth Brush Holder, as shown in the Drawing #5. The Tooth Brush is made with an iron piece in it so the Tooth Brush catches by the magnet when it reaches the exact position. Another modification is the shape and dimension of the Tooth Brush which will function well with Tooth Brush Holder.

Claims
3.0 Claims The Embodiments of the inventions in which an Exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:
3.1 It is a Tooth brush holder to hold and store Tooth Brush, in bath rooms. There is two different type of Tooth Brush Holder with same functionality but two different shape and Type 1 and Type 2.
3.2 Both Tooth Brush Holder as defined in Claim 3.1, It is a Push Pull type Tooth Brush Holder, i.e. jut push the Tooth Brush in to the Tooth Brush Holder store and just pull it down to remove for use. Push horizontally and pull vertically downwards.
3.3 Both Tooth Brush Holders as defined in Claim 3.1 Tooth Brush can be stored by just pushing the Tooth Brush in the specified door and or opening which will remain closed always, open automatically when Tooth Brush pushed against the door. The above door open in one direction only towards inside, there is. There is a stopper for this door to prevent opening outwards.
The door close automatically using spring or magnet or combination.
3.4 Both Tooth Brush Holder as defined in Claim 3.1 This holder protects the Tooth Brush from contamination and keeps the brush covered.
3.5 Both Tooth Brush Holder as defined in Claim 3.1 This is a wall mounted Tooth Brush Holder easy to fix.
3.6 Both Tooth Brush Holders as defined in Claim 3.1 in which a guide and a chamber which will move outward and inward to facilitate the easy manipulation and storing of Tooth brush.
3.7 Both Tooth Brush Holder as defined in Claim 3.1 in which the fibers of the brush pushed in by the side plates and keep straight to prevent distortion of the fibers.
3.8 A Tooth Brush Holder as defined in Claim 3.1 in which the Type 1 is in rectangular shape do not swing, it has a bottom door with a slot. This door remains closed always but opens only when the brush is pulled out. It opens only in one direction towards down only.
3.9 A Tooth Brush Holder as defined in Claim 3.1 in which Type two is a swing type swing 89.5° Horizontal to vertical. Due the weight of the counter weight this round or elliptical tube (but not limited shape) swing to the horizontal position and stop at the stopper and remain horizontal to receive the Tooth Brush. Once the Tooth Brush is pushed in the holder the tube swing to the vertical position, then it will be easy to remove the Brush.
3.10 The modified Tooth Brush has a small iron metal piece placed inside the head of the brush to catch by the magnet inside the holder.
