Abstract
Un appareil dinspection pour détecter les défaillances dans une éclisse de rail comprend un transducteur ultrasonore fixé à un actionneur pour déplacer le transducteur afin de le mettre en prise ou hors prise avec une surface verticale de la tête de léclisse de rail. Un système de profil laser et un codeur fournissent des données de position linéaires correspondant à la position dune éclisse par rapport à la position de lappareil dinspection. Un contrôleur de système, réagissant à la détermination de la présence dune éclisse ou dune obstruction, achemine des données de contrôle à lensemble actionneur-transducteur pour positionner lensemble transducteur par rapport à léclisse.
