Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de détection multi-capteur et de désactivation de verrou qui comprend des boîtiers de détecteur pour contenir des détecteurs, dispositifs de balayage et capteurs automatiques autonomes, interchangeables, qui détectent la présence de composés, agents et éléments chimiques, biologiques, nucléaires, explosifs, de contrebande, humains et radiologiques, chaque boîtier de détecteur étant disposé dans ou sur le produit surveillé suite à quoi des indicateurs d'alarme lumineuse sur le boîtier de détecteur s'allument lorsqu'un composé ou agent spécifique est détecté, suite à quoi le boîtier de détecteur transmet des informations de détection à un terminal informatique de surveillance et transmet un signal à un dispositif de désactivation de verrou en contact avec le produit pour verrouiller/déverrouiller ou désactiver le verrou du produit pour ainsi empêcher des individus non entraînés de pouvoir accéder au produit. De plus, le système de détection peut être interconnecté à des tours de surveillance balayant des boîtiers de détecteur disposés au niveau de quais, de dépôts et de gares ferroviaires pour surveiller des conteneurs préparés pour une expédition ou posés sur des quais. Un signal de blocage ou d'arrêt peut être envoyé à un véhicule suite à une activation du détecteur.
