Abstract

La présente invention concerne des articles protecteurs et/ou résistants aux balles composés dau moins une couche de tissu liée à au moins une couche dun film orientée dans le sens machine. Les articles décrits présentent une excellente résistance à labrasion. Les articles comprennent des articles fabriqués au moyen de tissus tissés et/ou non-tissés, comme des tissus unidirectionnels. Linvention concerne également des articles protecteurs et/ou résistants aux balles dans lesquels la matrice comprend plus de 15 % en poids du composite total. Linvention concerne également des procédés de fabrication darticles résistants aux balles au moyen de tissus tissés et/ou non-tissés et dun film orienté dans le sens machine.
