Abstract
Selon l'invention, TruCast est un procédé pour la gestion, au moyen de regroupement, stockage, analyse, suivi, tri, détermination de la pertinence de visualisation et de réponse à tous les contenus créés par le client disponibles. Certains exemples de contenus créés par le client comprennent des journaux web ou 'blogues', des blogues de téléphone mobile ou 'mo-blogues', des forums, des messages de discussion électronique, Usenet, des babillards électroniques, des services d'émulation BBS, des sites Web de discussion et d'analyse de produits, des sites de vente en ligne qui prennent en charge les commentaires des clients, des réseaux sociaux, des référentiels de contenus, et des bibliothèques numériques. Tout système hébergé sur le Web pour le stockage public persistant de commentaires humains est une cible potentielle pour ce procédé. Le système est composé d'un système logiciel et matériel coordonné conçu pour réaliser des tâches de gestion, collecte, stockage, analyse, flux de travail, visualisation et réponse sur ce contenu.
