Abstract

Une méthode et un appareil sont destinés à un générateur de vapeur qui comporte des plaques de support tubulaire dans un carénage qui est à son tour disposé dans une enveloppe. Les plaques de support tubulaire sont faites dun matériau ayant un coefficient dexpansion thermique inférieur à celui du carénage. Les plaques de support tubulaire sont alignées pendant la fabrication, en positionnant des espaces libres minimaux entre les composantes. Au moyen dun système de déplacement de support tubulaire, un désalignement contrôlé est ensuite imposé à une ou plusieurs plaques de support tubulaire, pendant que le générateur de vapeur réchauffe. Le déplacement servant à produire le désalignement est réalisé seulement lorsque le générateur de vapeur est chauffé. Le système de déplacement de plaque de support tubulaire présente une barre de liaison et un mécanisme limiteur et seulement la barre de liaison est à lintérieur de lenveloppe du générateur de chaleur, engagée par filetage à la barre de liaison reliée à lenveloppe, minimisant ainsi la possibilité de pièces lâches. Le système de déplacement de plaque de support tubulaire peut servir à réaliser les désalignements contrôlés sur une ou plusieurs plaques de support tubulaire, en quantité et direction égales ou différentes, et un ou plusieurs appareils sont fournis pour toute plaque de support tubulaire individuelle.
