Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication d'un extenseur utilisant un traitement chimique pour lisser, polir ou renforcer l'extenseur. Un tel traitement implique l'exposition de l'extenseur à l'acétone ou un solvant analogue. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'étape supplémentaire comprend le fait de placer l'extenseur dans un bain contenant de l'acétone, ou un solvant analogue, le bain contenant également le polymère dont l'extenseur se compose. L'étape de bain d'acétone peut être réalisée à une température qui est inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication d'un extenseur utilisant un bain d'acétone qui comprend de l'acide poly(lactique). D'autres modes de réalisation concernent des procédés de fabrication d'un extenseur utilisant un bain d'acétone qui comprend de l'acide poly(lactique) et du polyéthylène glycol.
