Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des trousses destinés à la quantification d'ADN cellulaire et de cellules. La prise passive d'éléments, des intercalants d'ADN marqués par lesdits éléments, et des réactifs d'affinité marqués par lesdits éléments sont utilisés pour quantifier l'ADN et les cellules. L'ADN et les cellules sont analysés à l'aide d'une analyse élémentaire, incluant l'ICP-MS (spectrométrie de masse à torche plasma). Les procédés et les trousses permettent une analyse rapide et précise de l'ADN cellulaire et du dénombrement des cellules.
