Abstract
A multi-function document clip comprising of document clip, document mat, archiving device and assembly wire; meanwhile, the dented document clip body contains a one-body two-pieces thin, soft ant long mat so that when document is put into the clip, the sliding force and pulling force from the two mats can assist the slipping of the document into the clip and have it clipped tightly, that is, no additional force handle needs to be used to expand the document clip;
moreover, because the mat is of soft material, when the document is put into the clip, it can be easily flipped and the paper won't be damaged; furthermore, another side of the document clip is installed with a rotary archiving device so that when the document is not archived, the archiving device can be rotated to beside the document clip; when the document is to be archived, the archiving device can be rotated out and a hole-penetrating device is then used to put the document clip to the fine and long fixing nail of the large document clip; moreover, the assembly wire device can be used to associate the document clip, archiving device and document mat closely together, and then a multi-function document clip that contains archiving device but does not contain forced handle can be formed.
moreover, because the mat is of soft material, when the document is put into the clip, it can be easily flipped and the paper won't be damaged; furthermore, another side of the document clip is installed with a rotary archiving device so that when the document is not archived, the archiving device can be rotated to beside the document clip; when the document is to be archived, the archiving device can be rotated out and a hole-penetrating device is then used to put the document clip to the fine and long fixing nail of the large document clip; moreover, the assembly wire device can be used to associate the document clip, archiving device and document mat closely together, and then a multi-function document clip that contains archiving device but does not contain forced handle can be formed.
Description
MULTI-FUNCTION DOCUMENT CLIP
Background of the invention Technical field of the invention This invention relates to a multi-function document clip device that can be archived and contains no force handle, it more specifically relates to a document clip device that, through the sliding force and pulling force of the two thin, soft and long mats within the document clip body, the document can be easily put into the document clip for tight clipping; moreover, in the document clip device, a rotary archiving device is used so that when the document is not archived, the document archiving device can be rotated to beside the document, when the document is to be archived, the archiving device can then be rotated out and the document clip can be archived to the fine and long fixing nail of the large document clip;
by doing so, the document needs not to be punched with holes for archiving and the document archiving time can be effectively reduced.
Prior art "Document clip" is very important stationery for the daily life and there are many types of document clips for different purposes available in the market. Figure shows a prior art document clip which uses a bent metallic board to form a triangular clip body; meanwhile, it is installed with two clip pieces 61 and 62 which are opposite and oblique to each other with certain degree of outward spring force;
when document paper is inserted into the two clip pieces, the spring force can be used to clip the paper, however, the outward bending openings of the ends 63 and 64 of two clip pieces of the document clip are very small, it is then very difficult to expand the clip opening for use just by bare hand; instead, document clip pusher has to be used to expand the opening of the document clip; however, the usual case is, when the user wants to clip the document, the document clip pusher usually can not be found, and the clipping action then can not be completed;
moreover, the document clip pusher needs to be loaded into the document clip when it is in use, the use is then very inconvenient.
Figure 8 shows the prior art hole-penetrating accessory for long tail clip (Fold Back Binder Clip); when the locking part 73 of curved hook at the right side of the figure is opened, the main body of the long tail clip will be penetrated into the gap between upper layer 72 and lower layer 71 clip body; then the upper layer 72 and lower layer 71 clip body is used to clip the arc wall of the long tail clip, then the locking part 73 of the curved hook is locked tight, and then round penetrating hole 74 is used to penetrate into the fine and long fixing nail of the large document clip for archiving; however, the size of the hole-penetrating accessory needs to match different document clip sizes available in the market before it can be used, and the usual case is, when the document is to be archived, no hole-penetrating accessory of appropriate size can be found, and the archiving job then can not be completed; moreover, when the hole-penetrating accessory is put onto the document clip, it will make a protrusion beside the arc wall of the document clip;
meanwhile, before the archiving of the document clip, the hole-penetrating accessory can not be rotated to beside the document clip for hiding, which in turn causes bad looking issue and inconvenience; moreover, after the long tail clip is put on the hole-penetrating accessory and clip the document to archive it to the document clip, because there are two force handles that need to be pressed down to clip the upper and lower page of the document, it becomes very inconvenient to flip over the archived document; finally, when the clipped document is to be archived, the document needs to be unloaded from the document clip before the hole-penetrating accessory can be put on and the document can be clipped for archiving, in other words, the use is very inconvenient.
Therefore, due to many of the drawbacks during the use of the prior art document clip and hole-penetrating accessory, the inventor of this patent has performed many experiments and invented a multi-function document clip without force handle and can be archived.
Summary of the invention Technical problem to be solved There are so many document clips and accessories available in the market, but most of them can not satisfy consumer's demand. For example, long tail clip has two force handles, which in turn leads to the inconvenience in flipping the document for reading after archiving. However, for document clip without force handle, the document can only be clipped tight with the assistance of document clip pusher; moreover, some document clips do not have archiving device, additional archiving device needs to be purchased before the archiving action can be performed; in regular paper clip, document too thick can not be clipped tight;
moreover, after paper is clipped tight by the document clip, since there is no thin mat between the document clip and the paper, paper of the first and last page can easily be damaged; therefore, the inventor of this patent has devised a multi-function document clip.
Technical means for solving the problem In this invention, a multi-function document clip is provided, which has a one-body two-pieces thin, soft and long mat placed within the inside of the clip body of the prior art document clip (as shown in figure 7, which needs the assistance of document clip pusher to clip tight the document); meanwhile, an archiving device is installed at the external side of the arc wall of the document clip, and an assembly wire is used to fix the document clip, long mat and archiving device to form a multi-function document clip.
The main function of the thin, soft and long mat placed on the inside of the clip body of the document as proposed by the current invention is to expand the opening of the document clip for the placement of the document through the sliding force and pulling force of the mat; if the document is not thick, the document can be placed between the two mats, and the sliding force can be used to clip the document, then push forward the document to insert it; when the document is thicker, the two mats need to be pulled outwards, the pulling force is used to expand the opening of the document clip, then the document can be pushed inwards; moreover, since there is a mat lies between the document clip and the paper, the first and last page of the document won't be damaged;
furthermore, since the mat is of soft material, the flipping of the document for reading becomes very easy after archiving.
The archiving device provided in this invention is to drill a hole on a plastic piece;
moreover, there are two rolled up small round holes beside the plastic piece, and the two small round hole device is used to be put on the assembly wire and to be fixed beside the document clip; when the document is not archived, the plastic piece can be rotated to beside the document, when the document is to be archived, the plastic piece can be rotated out and be put on the fine and long fixing nail of the large document clip.
