Abstract

The invention relates to a device which is coupled to a standard distance piece of the lateral spacer or disk type and which can be used to fix said piece to a relatively-smooth material into which the device is driven, such as to apply the piece against a reference surface which may take the form of an adjoining wall or an arch, thereby ensuring: the correct positioning of the structural elements to which the distance piece or spacer is fixed; the thickness of the concrete layer between said structural elements and the reference surface which can provide insulation or serve as a construction joint; and hence the correct position and operation of the panel or wall of smooth material serving as a construction joint or as a thermal or sound insulating material.

Claims (16)

1. A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete, that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer and maintains it to a predefined distance respect to a reference surface, positioning and maintaining between this surface of reference and the lateral separator, a panel of soft material with functions of constructive joint and/or thermal or acoustic insulating, wherein the device of the invention consists of one lower section and one upper section, where said the lower section is constituted by a straight element of form essentially of rectangular prism that projects downwards, respect to the same device, although the device is used in perpendicular position respect to the reference surface, with its lower end bevel finished to allow its introduction in a relatively soft material that constitutes said surface of reference to which the set of this device connected to this spacer or lateral spacer will be fixed, and whose opposite end is united to the upper section, where said upper section includes means of connection of the device with this spacer or conventional lateral spacer.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of concrete reinforcement that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 1, wherein said section upper for the connection with a conventional spacer is formed by two arms that have connection means to be engaged themselves when the device is in use.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 2, wherein one of these arms is substantially rigid and projects upwards from the point of union with said lower section, and where this rigid arm is displaced from the central axis of the device in a distance so that its inner face coincide with the plane of a face of a conventional spacer so that the loading plane of this spacer or lateral spacer coincide with the central axis of said device.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer o conventional lateral spacer according to claim 3, wherein this rigid arm have a plurality of adjustment means, constituted by a plurality of projections and grooves, to admit and to hold contact and support points of said spacer or spacer lateral and conformed to be attached to it.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 3, wherein this rigid arm have a projection from its interior face, with connection means to receive and to hold connection means of the second arm in co-operable way.
6. A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 3, wherein the second of the arms is semi-flexible due to the diminution of its thickness.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 3, wherein the second arm is united to the first arm of said upper section and to said lower section of the device by means of a thinned zone that acts as a hinge.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 7, wherein the second arm have in its free end, connection means attached co-operable with connection means of the first arm.
9. A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the connection means in both arms are of hook form.
10. A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 3, wherein the device is attachted first to the spacer by means of the connection means.
11. A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 10, wherein the attachment is done due to the projections in the first rigid arm.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 11, wherein the second of the arms, semi-flexible, moves towards the first connected arm, bending at the hinge zone that unites it with the lower section and the other arm.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 12, wherein the second of the arms is attached co-operable with the first arm connected to the spacer, and hold by means of connection means.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 3, wherein additionally have a "horizontal" projection from the body of the device outwards, said projection has a oriented flat surface downwards and this flat surface is coplanar with the most distant radial point of the spacer or lateral spacer that is attached to the device.

A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of concrete reinforcement for that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 14, wherein once connected the device to the spacer, projection horizontal exerts pressure on the soft panel in order to maintain it in its place.
16. A device for the positioning and fixation of structural elements of reinforcement for concrete that is attached to a spacer or conventional lateral spacer according to claim 14, wherein once connected the device to the spacer, the set is used to subject a structural element, such as a rod, that it is desired to maintain to a distance determined by the length of the lower section of the device measured between the vertex of the bevel end and the lower surface of said "horizontal" projection, from a surface of reference, where the reference surface is of a material of the type of polystyrene foam or a material of similar consistency, susceptible to receive insertion of the lower section of the device.
