Abstract
La présente invention concerne une fibre en polyamide à faible retrait pouvant être utilisée comme fil pour le tissu des coussins gonflables et un tissu non revêtu pour les coussins gonflables fabriqués à l'aide de cette fibre. Le tissu non revêtu à coussins gonflables est obtenu à l'aide d'une méthode comportant les étapes suivantes : A) tissage de la fibre en polyamide à faible retrait ayant un retrait à la chaleur sèche de 3 à 60 (à 190 degrés Celsius pendant 15 minutes) pour obtenir un tissu gris à coussins gonflables; B) thermorétraction du tissu gris par passages successifs dans 3 à 10 bains aqueux, la température de chacun étant de 5 et 20 degrés Celsius de plus que celle du bain précédent; C) thermorétraction supplémentaire du tissu traité dans les bains aqueux par passage dans des tambours à vapeur; D) séchage du tissu provenant des tambours à vapeur à l'aide d'un séchoir à air chaud. Le tissu obtenu à l'aide de la fibre en polyamide à faible retrait issue de cette invention possède une résistance élevée à la traction et à la déchirure, et est d'excellente qualité. Par conséquent, il peut être utilisé dans la fabrication de coussins gonflables.
