Abstract

Procédé modulaire pour le fractionnement, à l'aide de solvants organiques, de matières premières lignocellulosiques en leurs composantes, suivi d'un traitement des composantes en question pour obtenir de l'éthanol de qualité carburant, au moins, ainsi que quatre classes de dérivés de lignine. Le procédé modulaire comprend un premier module de traitement configuré pour la digestion physico-chimique des matières premières lignocellulosiques à l'aide d'un solvant organique, pour ainsi produire une fraction de solides cellulosiques et une fraction liquide; un second module de traitement configuré pour générer de l'éthanol de qualité carburant, au moins, ainsi qu'une première classe de nouveaux dérivés de lignine à partir de la fraction de solides cellulosiques; un troisième module de traitement configuré pour séparer une deuxième classe et une troisième classe de dérivés de lignine de la fraction liquide, puis traiter la fraction liquide afin d'obtenir un distillat et un résidu de distillation; un quatrième module de traitement configuré pour séparer une quatrième classe de dérivés de lignine du résidu de distillation et ensuite traiter à nouveau le résidu de distillation afin d'obtenir un sirop de sucre.
