Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes pour produire de la vapeur contenant des cristaux de minéraux à faible potentiel zêta capables de désinfecter des surfaces et des objets grâce à un temps d'exposition à ladite vapeur. Le système de production de vapeur comprend une source de liquide aqueux ayant une concentration seuil en minéraux sélectionnés, un système de traitement de liquide pour traiter le liquide aqueux de la source pour produire du liquide traité ayant une concentration supérieure en cristaux de minéraux à faible potentiel zêta, et un dispositif de production de vapeur pour produire de la vapeur à partir du liquide traité, la vapeur ayant une concentration en cristaux de minéraux à faible potentiel zêta, supérieure à celle du liquide aqueux de la source. La vapeur produite à partir du liquide traité, est appliquée à des surfaces ou à des objets.
