Abstract

The purpose of the system is to rescue people, and protect the land from a tornado.
The system provides a definition of a direction and speed of movement of the base of a funnel, the point when the charge connects with the base of the funnel, and the destruction of a funnel of a tornado.

Description

The system to fight a tornado FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to meteorology, and, more specifically, to a system that eliminates the disaster weather system known as a tornado.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
With previous inventions existing, which are supposed to eliminate the steady funnels of a tornado, however still there is no effective system of destroying a tornado.
In considered inventions the delivery of an explosive into the funnel is offered during the moment of a tornado's formation by means of aircraft (RU pat.2068540), balloons, rockets and artillery shells (US pat.20050039626).
Thus with the purpose to increase efficiency, explosive delivery is proposed to be carried out in various points of a funnel (US pat. 20050039626).
It is necessary to note difficulties of eliminating the funnel of a tornado:
-The application of aviation means, including piloting fewer carriers, in area of an active tornado is unsafe.
-Air streams will not allow a balloon to get into area of a funnel.
- Aerodynamic characteristics of rockets and artillery shells in abnormal meteorological conditions leads to their unpredictability, which as a result decreases their accuracy. In these conditions the delivery of an explosive in the certain sites of a funnel is practically impossible and dangerous.
- The affects of the difficulties stated above, such as the application of aircraft and artillery will lead to stricter measures of safety in safe zones, and evacuation of people, etc.
It is necessary to note, a current of a stream of air in a funnel has continuous character. This circumstance is not considered in considered inventions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The proposed system is based on the principle of continuity of the air stream in the funnel.
The system to fight a tornado settles down in places of a tornado's most probable origin in the most probable direction of the distributions with the purpose of protecting settlements, industrial targets and reducing economic losses.
The design of the system destroys the tornado and as a result provides full protection of the area against the tornado. It accomplishes this by constructing calculations and its ability of constant readiness for action.
The system provides continuous operation and safety.
The comprised systems' best feature is its unbelievable simplicity, high reliability that guarantees the destruction of the tornado, and its ability to be utilized with close proximity of a settlement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
The invention described with reference to the accompanying drawing, wherein:
FIG. 1- shows the common view of system.
The notations on the figure:
D- the main direction of the tornado, 1- the field of sensors, 2- the field where the explosive charges and mortars, 3- the sensor, 4- the computing device, 5- the railroad, 6- the trolley, 7- the mortar, 8- the automatic control system for the trolley with mortar, 9- the automatic control system for the charges, 10- the explosive charges, 11- the defended region, a,b,c- the calculated points.
H ¨ the width of the safety zone.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The system to fight a tornado comprises of a system of sensors 1, and the field of explosive charges, and mortars 2.
The field sensors include sensors 3 and the computing device 4.
The field of explosive charges and mortars 2 includes the railroad 5 with the trolley 6, automatic control system 8.0n the trolley there is one or more mortars. The explosive charges 10 are located in field 2.
As a rule field 2 is separated from the defended region 11 by the zone safety.
The system of the sensors 1 provides detection of the funnel and identifies its dynamic characteristics when the funnel is in motion in the field of sensors.
The received signals act in the device 4, which defines speed and the direction of the moving funnel, and a point of intersection with the line of charges and funnel or with the railway and as a result with the trolley with mortar.
The automatic control system 8 provides movement of the trolley to a point of intersection, and provides an impulse to the shot.
The automatic control system 9 controls the line of the explosive charges 10.
To increase reliability of destruction of several funnels there must be a consecutive arrangement of several strips of explosive charges in one zone.
Action of the system.
When the funnel intrudes on a floor of sensors a signal is sent out to the device 4.
From the device 4 commands are transferred to device 8 to move the trolley to a point of intersection, or to device 9 for preparation of the charge to blast.
When the funnel reaches the point of intersection there is an explosion or a shot.
Powder gases and shock waves break the continuity currents inside of the funnel, reducing energy of the stream of the funnel and destroying the funnel.
