Abstract
Propose a machine can be used for pile-driving, cutting, and demolition work. This gas-dynamic machine is based on the artillery gun. The machine has great universality due to its ability to change the execution tool and the blank cartridge as needed.
Description
Pile-driving and cutting gas-dynamic machine FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a machine used for pile-driving, cutting and demolition.
The machine can be utilized in other areas demanding the use of a powerful and controlled impact.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The offered machine conserns several areas. It can function for the purpose of pile-driving, cutting of a wood, and as a swage hammer.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The basis of the machine is built upon the artillery gun, which is adapted for work both in the vertical, and in the horizontal position.
In comparison with other machines of similar purpose the offered design has smaller and lighter in weight dimensions.
The artillery gun is adapted for functioning in a wide variety of temperatures, and the environment can further extends its versatility conditions.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

a- the longitudinal path-through duct, b- the side slot, r-the radius of the trajectory, a-the angel of declination gun.
FIG.1 shows a general view of the gas-dynamic machine comprising gun, including the barrel 1, the breech with semiautomatic 17, the chamber with the loading mechanism 17-1, the hydro pneumatic recoil of gun 18,the recoil mechanisms 19, and details that provide for pile-driving.
FIG.2 shows the main details of the pile-driving machine. On the outer surface of the barrel 1 there are two additional hidropneumatic recoils (AHR) 3 and an additional recoil brake (ARB) 4 held together by the traverse 2.
FIG.3 shows the pile-driving machine on the truck.
FIG.4 shows the the machine for the cutting.
The AHR 8 is designed to make the piston-rod 8 comeback to the starting position.
The ARB 4 is designed to brake or slow down the piston rod to adjust the force of impact on the process execution tool and also to absorb the energy when the piston-rod is coming back to the starting position.
The rods 5 and 6 are connected via cross-arm with the piston- rod 8. The outer edge piston-rod has the rest 10 for fastening the process execution tool(hammer head, ram head, cutter or other).
The piston- rod 8 has the longitudinal path through duct a and side slot b to exhaust the powder gas.
The prepiston space ARB 4 is connected by hose 11 with the drill valve chest 15 and cylinder 12. Catch 14 which is connected to the pusher-rod 13 can plummet a tree, a pillar etc. The the drill valve chest 15 provides take off of the pusher.
The gun is inputted on the folding boom 22. The boom is connected with the rotating gear. Such a connection provides a different position of the gun 21 relative to the pile 20 or other object (Fig.3).
Action of the pile-driving and cutting machine(PDCM).
For activation PDCM the blank cartridge is used.
Under action of the powder gases the piston-rod is moving according to the desired estimated speed. In the moment the side slot b of the piston-rod 8 goes away from the barrel and the powder gases begin to exhaust out of the barrel. The the flame arrester 16 reflects the muzzle flame.
The moving of the piston-rod makes the gas in AHR 8 compressed and then ARB 4 absorbs additional energy. The liquid from ARB spills over to the cylinder 12, then shutter 13 is moved. After ending the inertial period AHR returns the piston-rod 8,the rod 6, and the shutter 13 to the starting position.
