Abstract
The present invention discloses a method of uplink preemption for users in the trunking group, wherein a group call uplink channel and a group call downlink channel are allocated for the group call trunking group by a network-side trunking system when a group call of the trunking group is set up, different priorities are set for different users in the trunking group, and a dedicated uplink channel is allocated for a speaker in the trunking group to speak, the method comprises: receiving, by the network-side trunking system, an UPLINK ACCESS message which is initiated by a group call user desiring to speak and is sent on the allocated group call uplink channel;
allocating, by the network-side trunking system, a free uplink channel to the user who initiates the UPLINK ACCESS message as the user's dedicated uplink channel;
releasing, by the network-side trunking system, the dedicated channel allocated for the speaker, and taking, by the network-side trunking system, the speaker as a listener listening on the group call downlink channel allocated for the trunking group;
wherein the user who initiates the UPLINK ACCESS message speaks on the dedicated channel as the current speaker.
allocating, by the network-side trunking system, a free uplink channel to the user who initiates the UPLINK ACCESS message as the user's dedicated uplink channel;
releasing, by the network-side trunking system, the dedicated channel allocated for the speaker, and taking, by the network-side trunking system, the speaker as a listener listening on the group call downlink channel allocated for the trunking group;
wherein the user who initiates the UPLINK ACCESS message speaks on the dedicated channel as the current speaker.
