Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing group calling service based on a special circuit domain channel, which relates to the technology of radio resource management, service management and user management in the satellite mobile communication field. The method describes the network element function design of the system, the establishment of group call service and the flow of various signaling and data in the resource allocation process in detail. The satellite-borne base station dynamically schedules the resources of the group call users in the satellite user link according to the control of the group call server, so that multiplexing of a plurality of terminal services in a single circuit domain channel is realized, and the problem of high resource occupancy rate of the traditional group call function realized by a grouping domain in a satellite system is solved. Background
With the continuous development of communication technology, the conventional terrestrial mobile communication system has rapidly evolved into a packet service communication system capable of transmitting a large amount of data such as voice data, packet data, and circuit data. The ground 4G/5G system is specially designed to transmit multimedia service systems or multimedia broadcast communication systems. The protocol architecture designs an MBMS physical channel and corresponding procedures that enable broadcasting of traffic from one or more data sources to a plurality of UEs (user terminals) in order to support a multimedia broadcast communication system. MBMS supports multimedia applications such as real-time video and audio data, image and text data.
However, in a satellite mobile communication system, the system design needs to ensure the basic communication requirement of users by using minimum resources due to the limitation of satellite load design such as power, volume and spectrum resources, and the special circuit domain channels with low power consumption, low rate and low spectrum occupancy rate still have wide application. Meanwhile, the satellite communication system has broadcasting characteristics, and the group call service is realized based on the circuit domain channel, so that the satellite communication system has wide practical scenes.

(5) The speaking right control message used when the satellite terminals participating in the group call in the voice stage apply for speaking right is sent to the network by using a non-acknowledgement data transmission mode, and the speaking authorization message of the network is also sent by using the non-acknowledgement data transmission mode.
(6) The satellite terminal needs to send voice, the user presses PTT, and the group call APP instructs the physical layer to detect whether the DACCH8 downlink has uplink_FREE;
