Abstract
A sitting apparatus is described comprising a flexible shell defining an inner cavity at least partially filled with a deformable material, one or more sound generating devices coupled to the flexible shell and a computing device coupled to the flexible shell and operatively coupled to the one or more sound generating devices. For example, the one or more sound generating devices may be operatively coupled to the computing device via wired, wireless and/or other such connections. The computing device is generally configured to control the operation of the one or more sound generating devices. In one embodiment, the sitting apparatus comprises a beanbag chair with built-in speakers and a console which may be connected to an electronic device with an audio device. Examples of electronic devices include, but are not limited to, TVs, music players, video game consoles and/or DVD players, to name a few.
