Abstract
Une chaîne de procédés pour séparer la boue des sables bitumineux comportant des solides grossiers, des solides fins, du bitume et de l'eau, dans un premier produit composé de bitume, de solides fins et d'eau et un second produit composé de solides grossiers, de solides fins et d'eau, est fournie y compris une pluralité de contre-courants qui activent les séparateurs de solides et de liquides disposés en série le long d'un pipeline, où le sous écoulement d'un séparateur est alimenté au séparateur suivant des séries et le débordement de chaque séparateur est déversé vers le séparateur précédent, le sous écoulement du dernier séparateur étant le deuxième produit et le débordement du premier séparateur étant le premier produit.
