Abstract

Une méthode pour fabriquer, transporter et installer sur un chantier une structure préfabriquée en béton armé pour le remplacement des structures telles que de s regards, chambres d'accès, puits d'accès, chambres de raccordement et autres , qui sont enfouies dans le sol et qui font partie de différent réseaux souterrain s tels que des égouts, aqueducs, distributions électriques, télécommunications, gaz et autres. Selon cette méthode, on coule en usine une structure préfabriquée en béton armé directement en appui sur les faces extérieures d'un système de manutention intégré-amovible, qui est utilisé comme partie supérieure de coffrage. On fi xe le système de manutention à la structure préfabriquée avec des moyens de fixation amovible . Le système de manutention reste en place pendant les étapes de démoulage, de transport et d'installation au chantier, qui sont ensuite effectuées. Finalement, une fois l'installation complétée, on retire le système de manutention en ôtant ses moyens de fixation.
