Abstract

Une plaque de distribution de fonte pour une tête de co-extrusion possède un corps généralement annulaire, par exemple sous la forme d'un tronc conique. Le corps annulaire est doté de faces avant et arrière opposées et de faces interne et externe opposées. Des orifices d'entrée sur la face externe sont dotés de canaux permettant d'accepter le débit de polymère fondu dans la plaque de distribution. Des vannes de contrôle de débit contrôlent indépendamment le débit du polymère fondu passant dans chacun des canaux. Les canaux de matière fondue sur les faces avant et arrière entre les faces interne et externe sont en communication fluide avec les canaux. Une couche d'isolation thermique dans la plaque de distribution entre les faces avant et arrière sépare tout ou partie des canaux de matière fondue sur la face avant de tout ou partie des canaux de matière fondue sur la face arrière. Ces plaques ainsi que les plaques de séparation peuvent être empilées axialement de l'avant vers l'arrière autour d'un mandrin central pour former une tête d'extrusion adaptée pour la fabrication de pellicules soufflées de forme tubulaire.
