Abstract

Broyeur à marteaux possédant un boîtier, un ensemble rotor, une pluralité de marteaux et un ensemble plaque de broyage par frottement servant à réduire les particules surdimensionnées à une dimension désirée. Le boîtier possède une paroi latérale s'étendant entre une extrémité d'entrée et une extrémité d'évacuation, ce qui définit un espace de travail fermé. L'ensemble rotor est situé à l'intérieur du boîtier afin d'effectuer une rotation autour d'un axe longitudinal de ce boîtier. La pluralité de marteaux est accouplée à l'ensemble rotor et placée à l'intérieur de l'espace de travail fermé. L'ensemble plaque de broyage par frottement présente une configuration généralement circulaire et est fixé amovible à la paroi latérale à l'intérieur de l'espace de travail fermé du boîtier. Cet ensemble plaque de broyage par frottement est conçu de sorte qu'une partie d'au moins un marteau de la pluralité de marteaux est éloigné d'une partie du premier ensemble plaque de broyage par frottement et placée au-dessus de ladite partie dudit ensemble, ce qui permet à au moins un marteau et à l'ensemble plaque de broyage par frottement de coopérer afin de réduire le matériau en particules à la dimension désirée et pousser ce matériau en particules vers l'extrémité d'évacuation du boîtier.
