Abstract
The air pressures of the tires of all vehicles are fixed at proper value.
So, when the pressure is low, the mileage is degraded, but the traveling distance on sudden braking is reduced. On the contrary, when the pressure is high, the mileage is improved at the cost of an aggravated braking distance.
Accordingly, we are supposed to inject a proper amount of air on the compromise of good mileage and short braking distance, and the pressure is maintained invariantly.
The wheel of this invention makes it possible that tires have high pressure an traveling and low one on sudden braking, consequently mileage improvement and shortened traveling distance on sudden braking are realized at the same time.
So, when the pressure is low, the mileage is degraded, but the traveling distance on sudden braking is reduced. On the contrary, when the pressure is high, the mileage is improved at the cost of an aggravated braking distance.

!'recently, tire wheels don't have prcasure adjustment function, sa we cannot have superb satisfaction on tx~th sides of mileage and braking distance, that is, hc~th aspec :s are compre~mi,~t i<> a certain degree.
Mileage is improved on the conditic>n afthe redtrctian afthe ratting resistance oftires, namely, by maiJnt~ning the air psure of tines nigh.
Eiraking distance is shortened on the condition <af the increase of the touching area of tires to graund, namely, by lowexiag the air pre.,sure ottir~.
't"he wheel of this invention prcrvide~; tire with two et'licient states I<ir bath conditions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIUI~
"fhe wheel ofthis invention makes tire rttaintain high air pressure on traveling and towers is an sudden breaking.
Figure I is the simplified drawing of fhe tire whet that is capable of two phases of air pressure.
Fi~'ure 2 bee in detail the press~ue re~tulator 1 in t~igure t.
DETAILED DIrs~CRIPTION C1F TIIE INVENTION
'This device comprises ref two parts of cylinder 1 and pressure reguiatcar 2 on a rough view, and, two its are connected by a ~ far 3 to piston 4_ As ttx; tire rolls and the bar 5 is pressed against ground, tt~ teeth b attached to the bar 5 spin the c-vs~y-spinning ct.~ttric tootttecf gear T and tt~e inr~r Loaf r g ashes the tex~thed gear 3 attaehai to the piston 4. Consequently, the inside of the cylinder I goes into vacuum and the tin; is inflated. When the burr S gets away fmm ground. it is restored to the previous pasition by the force of springs 9.
Af~C;r vehicle travels same distance, the pressure. of the tire reaches the maximum.
On weak brake form:. this state is, maintained but an strong one. the whet!
stops spinning, hut the heavy lumpl0 keeps movinb because of inertia.
It means the spinning of the ellipse I i-As the ellipse 1 ! spins. the beady 12 is heaved and the toothed gear 3 is let go and so is the piston 4.
As a result! the pc~sure of the tire decreases.
