Abstract

L'invention concerne des peptides possédant une capacité de rupture de feuillets .beta. et étant utiles dans le traitement et la prévention de maladies, telles que la maladie d'Alzheimer, la démence pugilistique (notamment un traumatisme crânien), l'hémorragie cérébrale héréditaire avec amylose de type hollandais (HCHWA-D) et la démence vasculaire avec angiopathie amyloïde.
