Abstract

The invention is a METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A BASE FOR SPA OR TANK
THERMAL ADJUSTABLE TO THE FLOOR. The inventive step lies in the construction a base that serves as a support for the construction of a box that can receive anything which format or configuration of SPA or thermal tank. The caisson and the base are mounted on 4 feet at each corner. These 4 feet are adjustable in height so ensuring the leveling of the box including the SPA or the thermal tank.
The use of this support avoids the use of a leveled concrete slab for installation and facilitates access for the maintenance of the SPA or the thermal tank.

Description

The present is a partial patent application according to Article 93 of the Law of patents. The presented invention is a METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A BASE FOR A SPA OR TANK ADJUSTABLE TANK
GROUND. The inventive step is the construction of a base which serves as support for the constriction of a box which allows to receive any format or configuration of SPA or thermal tank. The box and the base are mounted on five feet (one at each corner and one at the center). These five feet are adjustable in height so to ensure the leveling of the box including the SPA or the thermal tank.
The use of this support avoids the use of a leveled concrete slab for (installation and the access for holding the SPA or the tank thermal. The following illustrations present the concept as well as its utilities.

Once the assembly is done can be transported, deposited on the ground and put on level horizontally using the feet adjustment. The use of base A and adjustment feet as pe ~ net support as well faster construction and installation, more efficient and does not require any preparation of particular ground.

The frame of support 1 is the support for the caisson 4 construction and foot maintenance of adjustment 3. D can take any configuration to fit all types of box construction, SPA or tank models thermal. It retains the central reinforcement 2 and the adjustment feet 3 for height and setting horizontal level (see Figure 3).

2 Central reinforcement:
The central reinforcement is attached at both ends to the support frame 1 and includes a foot adjustment to provide more support uniform SPA or thermal tank.

3 adjustment feet:
The adjustment feet are located at the four corners of the bracket and are mounted on plates of metal that allow a better sitting on floor. The amounts of the feet are made up also a threaded rod that fits into a nut inside the support frame and the central reinforcement which allows adjustment in height of each section of the support for SPA and thermal tank (see illustration 3).

Claims (5)

1. ~ Tubular and galvanized steel support of variable dimensions used to build the box that receives the spa or the thermal tank (Illustration 4) 2. ~ Caisson, serving as a support frame and surrounding the spa or tub thermal, fixed to the steel support as defined in claim 1 (Figure 2) 3. ~ Adjustment feet located at the 4 corners of the support (as defined in the claim 1) plus 1 foot in the center if necessary (Figure 3) 4. ~ Steel plate attached to the feet of adjustment, as defined in the claim 3 (Figure 3) 5. ~ The set comprising the support, the box and the feet of adjustment, such as defined in claims 1, 2, 3 and 4, allows for factory construction a spa ~
