Abstract

Le pinceau est un outil nécessaire dans le domaine professionnel et autre du peintre. Sachant qu'un pinceau est très dispendieux et avec le temps il devient de plus en plus performant avec l'usure car ces poils deviennent fins et peu en devenir un objet de qualité s'il est nettoyer adéquatement. Le pire ennemi de ce dernier est l'accumulation de peinture séchée à la base du pinceau, ce qui réduit considérablement sa longévité.

Sur le marché présentement il n'existe pas de moyen efficace pour nettoyer un pinceau en profondeur. La façon la plus commune utilisée est de passer sous l'eau plusieurs fois pour enlever le plus de peinture possible et on utilise un outil à poils d'acier ou autre pour enlever les résidus de peinture. Les poils de cet outil sont tellement rapprocher qu'ils ne pénètrent pas le pinceau et comme conséquence plusieurs de ceux-ci sont mal nettoyés ou endommagés.

Dans la présente invention une plaque munie de plusieurs dents coupées en angle stratégique permettent d'enlever le maximum d'accumulation de peinture sur les pinceaux tout en redressant les poils à leurs position initiale et en éliminant du même coup les poils superflus qui collent sur les murs lors des travaux de peinture et le tout en quelques minutes. La présente invention se rapporte à un outil d'utilisation manuelle servant à nettoyer les pinceaux.
Pour un peintre professionnel ou autre le pinceau est un outil de précision et indispensable. Un peintre sait très bien que ça prend plusieurs utilisations du pinceau avant que les poils soit raffinés et usés de la bonne façon pour qu'ils puissent exécuter des travaux de haute précision par exemple découpage de couleurs à la base des tapis et plusieurs autres trava~xx de finition. Après une utilisation de plusieurs heures le pinceau est rempli au maximum de peinture et une accumulation à la base est déjà en train de se former donc pour être réutilisable ce pinceau doit être nettoyer très minutieusement car quand on parle de peintre professionnel on parle aussi de pinceau dispendieux qui peuvent coûter facilement jusqu'à $50.00.
Donc comme expliquer précédemment la façon la plus courante de nettoyer un pinceau est sous une source d'eau qui nettoie la partie supérieure seulement. Là où le problème survient c'est au niveau de la base du pinceau où
la peinture s'est retrouvée et a déjà commencée à sécher. Donc le moyen le plus fréquent est d'utiliser un outil à poils d'acier pour aller dégager cette peinture durcie qui atteint parfois jusqu'à 314 de pouce. Mais les poils d'acier de ces outils sont très fins et très rapprochés donc impossible de les faire pénétrer à
l'intérieur des poils du pinceau totalement. cette accumulation ne fait que s'aggraver et peut devenir inutilisable après seulement quelques applications de peinture.
Non seulement la longévité du pinceau est réduite mais on a à considérer le temps investi au nettoyage du pinceau pour en arriver à un résultat qui n'est pas adéquat et inefficace. Moi-méme peintre décorateur depuis 15 ans j'ai passé
par les même problèmes jusqu'au jour où j'ai découvert ~ce moyen de nettoyer mes pinceaux qui n'existe pas du tout sur le marché. Je peux maintenant faire un bon nettoyage de mes pinceaux ce qui empêche de laisser des résidus sur les murs peinturés donc un travail beaucoup plus professïonnel.

J'ai découvert que le problème d' accumulation de peinture dans un pinceau pouvait être résolu après avoir fabriqué une plaque comportant plusieurs dents espacés de façon stratégique pouvant nettoyer en profondeur tous les pinceaux. Les dents coupées en angle stratégique vont bien pénétrer en profondeur tous les poils et dégager de façon complète la peinture accumulée à
l'intérieur et en plus elle peigne et replace tous les poils à leur position initiale.
Cette plaque est munie de plusieurs trous pour faciliter l'écoulement d'eau et de peinture par en dessous. Cette plaque a aussi une poignée J'appuie pour permettre de bien s'installer dans un lavabo et de confortablement nettoyer le pinceau sans risque d'égratigner les lavabos. Étant plat d'une longueur de 12 pouces et d'une largeur de 41J4 pouces seulement, il est très facile à
transporter et à ranger de plus je peut facilement estimer que mon temps de nettoyage a été
réduit au-delà de 50% donc c'est une économie de temps et en plus une grande économie d'eau.
J'utilise cette plaque depuis 13 ans et je ne pourrais m'en passer puisque c'est un outil indispensable. Sur certain chantier de construction les autres peintres venaient me voir pour nettoyer leurs pinceaux. De plus quand on parle d'un pinceau de qualité on peut en augmenter sa longévité grandement. this accumulation only gets worse and can become unusable after only a few paint applications.
Not only the longevity of the brush is reduced but we have to consider the time invested in cleaning the brush to arrive at a result that is not adequate and inefficient. Myself a painter and decorator for 15 years I spent by the same problems until the day I discovered ~ this way of cleaning up my brushes that does not exist at all on the market. I can now do a Well cleaning my brushes which prevents leaving residues on the walls painted therefore a much more professional work.

1) ~ A manual instrument for cleaning brushes comprising a crest of support and a plate on which one slides the brush on one side and the other to remove any paint accumulate between the hairs and at the base of the brush.
