Abstract
La présente invention a trait à une méthode de fabrication de poudre pharmaceutique sensible à la chaleur. Les substances pharmaceutiques d'origine sont dissoutes dans une solution ou mises en suspension, laquelle est pulvérisée par une buse de pulvérisation et congelée dans une phase à gaz froid, ou par de l'azote liquide pulvérisée directement dans la chambre de congélation par pulvérisation ou dans la gaine de gaz en même temps (aux fins de refroidissement). Les particules sont lyophilisées essentiellement à la pression atmosphérique dans un flux de liquide descendant, avec un filtre de sortie à cet endroit pour éliminer l'humidité retenue sur les particules congelées ou à l'intérieur de celles-ci. Le système peut également servir à former d'autres poudres.
