Abstract

L'invention concerne des molécules biologiques modifiées par une réaction avec un composé de formule R¿1?-X-R¿2?, dans laquelle R¿1? représente un groupe éther cyclique ou un groupe amino, R¿2? représente un groupe alcoxysilane et X représente une fraction chimiquement apte à lier le groupe éther cyclique ou le groupe amino au groupe alcoxysilane. L'invention concerne également des jeux ordonnés d'échantillons, ou "puces à ADN", contenant lesdites molécules biologiques modifiées. L'invention concerne encore des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de ces compositions.
