Abstract

L'invention concerne une nouvelle méthode permettant d'analyser et de caractériser des réseaux complexes de signalisation cellulaire. Cette méthode repose sur la liaison spécifique de modules d'interaction protéine-protéine à un type unique de protéine ou à un mélange de protéines. Ladite méthode utilise un certain nombre de différents domaines d'interaction protéine-protéine en tant que sondes ou détecteurs de l'état de signalisation du système, en cours d'investigation.
