Abstract
L'invention se rapporte de manière générale à la manipulation des eaux résiduaires par lavage des gaz de synthèse bruts, ou eaux usées, provenant d'un réacteur à gazéification par refroidissement. L'invention porte plus particulièrement sur la recirculation des eaux usées dans une boucle de recirculation à partir de laquelle au moins une partie du modérateur utilisée dans le gazéificateur peut être saisie. L'utilisation d'une boucle de recirculation pour les eaux usées permet la mise en marche du gazéificateur dans des situations telles que l'inadéquation d'une source de vapeur haute pression. L'invention concerne en outre le service et la maintenance du système de traitement des eaux usées et assure le fonctionnement en continu du gazéificateur.
