Abstract
Échangeur de chaleur à tubes concentriques, comprenant un tube extérieur et un tube concentrique intérieur, avec un passage annulaire entre les tubes. Les extrémités du passage annulaire sont scellées par des embouts d'étanchéité munie de parois intérieures s'étendant sur le plan axial, et de parois extérieures qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre et qui sont scellées sur le tube intérieur et le tube extérieur correspondants. Les parois des bouchons d'étanchéité sont, de préférence, raccordées par une paroi de raccordement intégrée. Les parois du bouchon sont, de préférence, résistants et divergent de façon à former un ajustement par friction avec les tubes lors de l'assemblage de l'échangeur de chaleur. Ce dernier comprend également un turbulateur qui comporter une série de rangées ondulantes qui forment des passages d'écoulement s'étendant sur le plan axial. De préférence, ces ondulations comportent des surfaces de tête d'une largeur supérieure à celle d'une surface de pied, de telle sorte que les parois latérales des ondulations sont disposées en forme radiale dans le passage annulaire. Les ondulations adjacentes de chaque rangée sont préférablement décentrées les unes par rapport aux autres d'environ 30 % à 40 %.
