Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des microparticules contenant une substance biologiquement active. Dans ce procédé, une solution aqueuse de la substance est préparée, puis mélangée avec une solution aqueuse de polyéthylèneglycol, de manière à concentrer et/ou à solidifier la substance. Cette substance est éventuellement nettoyée, puis elle est mélangée avec une solution polymère organique. La composition obtenue est mélangée, après mélange de ladite solution polymère, avec une solution polymère aqueuse, ce qui permet de former une émulsion de gouttelettes du premier polymère susmentionné faisant office de phase interne. Les gouttelettes sont solidifier pour obtenir des microparticules, lesquelles sont séchées et une coquille permettant la libération prolongée peut être éventuellement appliquée.
