Abstract
L'invention concerne une attelle à attacher autour d'un fémur, composé d'un support de cadre rigide et non flexible, deux dispositifs de fixation montés de manière souple et des détecteurs. L'attelle est destinée à la mesure non invasive des mouvements du genou et l'analyse des mesures en trois dimensions. Les éléments des dispositifs de fixation sont poussés sous pression vers l'extérieur pour une application contre une surface cutanée extérieure à des points prédéterminés médial et latéral relatifs au fémur. Un élément de stabilisation non souple est relié au cadre rigide et placé à un endroit prédéterminé par rapport à l'élément de fixation médial, espacé de ce dernier et réglable pour se fixer à une surface cutanée extérieure, en alignement avec le centre d'un condyle médial sur le fémur, afin de stabiliser le cadre rigide autour d'un genou. Une barre de fixation est fixée à la attelle et comporte des lanières pour fixer la barre au-dessus du genou.
