Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un capteur électro-mécanique pour la détection de forces ou de vibrations, qui comprend un corps interne (1) soutenu par une structure de support piézo-électrique (3) qui à son tour est suspendue dans un bâti (2) qui l'entoure, ainsi que des conducteurs de signaux partant des côtés à polarisation opposée de la structure de support (3). Dans une variante, le bâti (2) qui entoure le capteur peut être pourvu de zones piézo-électriques situées au niveau des positions de suspension du bâti (2) pour la structure de support. Le bâti (2) peut en outre être suspendu dans un cadre extérieur (5) au moyen d'un matériau élastique (4).
