Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système informatisés permettant de gérer l'approvisionnement en pièces de rechange destinées à l'entretien d'un appareil. Ce procédé permet de fournir une base de données (301, par exemple) relative à l'approvisionnement en pièces de rechange, indiquant la disponibilité des pièces de rechange. Ce procédé permet également de fournir un dispositif d'entrée/sortie (302, par exemple) sur un centre de service informatique relié à la base de données. Ce procédé consiste à envoyer une commande lisible par un ordinateur à ladite base de données, depuis le site de service informatique, la commande étant configurée pour identifier des pièces respectives et leur quantité à envoyer au site de service informatique. Une étape de traitement (208, par exemple) permet de traiter la commande en fonction des données stockées dans la base de données pour déterminer la disponibilité des pièces identifiées dans la commande. Une étape de regroupement (210, par exemple) permet de regrouper les pièces de rechange pour le site de service informatique. La base de données est mise à jour pour enregistrer les échanges effectués, liés aux pièces de rechange pour le site de service informatique.
