Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux vecteurs adénoviraux, dans lesquels la spicule de la protéine fibreuse a été éliminée et remplacée par un ligand. L'invention concerne également des procédés de construction de tels vecteurs et des utilisations de ces derniers. Un adénovirus sans spicule modifié comprenant un nouveau ligand de l'invention présente de meilleures capacités d'introduction dans des types de cellules spécifiques.
