Abstract

La présente invention concerne un packer (7) destiné à être placé dans un tubage de production (4) dans un trou de forage (1). Le packer (7) comprend un sac extensible (11) placé à l'extérieur (56) d'un corps de packer (9), le sac (11) comprenant une paroi (12) semi-perméable en toile tournée vers l'extérieur. Lors du montage du packer, on injecte une résine liquide durcissable dans le sac (11), ce qui entraîne l'extension du sac (11). La résine pénètre en partie dans la paroi en toile tournée vers l'extérieur (12), vient se coller contre la paroi du trou de forage (10) et, après avoir durci, forme un joint d'étanchéité (58) de packer. L'invention se rapporte également à un outil de montage permettant de monter le packer (7) dans le trou de forage (1) et à un procédé de montage permettant de monter un packer (7) dans un trou de forage (1).
