La présente invention concerne un dispositif de bouchage pour récipient de produit liquide et notamment de boissons.
Plus précisément, l'invention a trait à un dispositif de bouchage permettant d'effectuer l'ouverture et la fermeture du récipient sans opération manuelle.
Ce mode d'ouverture et de fermeture est particulièrement intéressant lorsque le récipient doit être utilisé dans un cadre sportif ou de loisirs où les mains ne sont pas libres ou bien dont l'usage serait difficile, voire impossible pour des raisons de sêcurité.
Le JP 07-223662 décrit un dispositif de bouchage comprenant, d'une part, un élément externe constitué d'une jupe latérale destinée à être fixée sur 1e col du récipient et se raccordant en partie haute à une collerette au moins partiellement élastiquement déformable portant un embout central rigide dont l'extrémité est munie d'un orifice de distribution et, d'autre part, un élément interne constitué d'une couronne ajourée destinée à être immobilisée sous ladite collerette et se raccordant en partie centrale à un pointeau susceptible d'obturer de manière étanche l'orifice de distribution de l'embout central.
Cependant, ce dispositif n'est pas adapté à la pose d'un couvercle qui est pourtant nécessaire dans des applications au domaine alimentaire et notamment des boissons o~ l'hygiène est un facteur déterminant.
Il en est de même des US 3,221,952 A et Dlr 1 586 697 A.
L'invention a pour but de résoudre ces problèmes techniques de manière fiable et satisfaisante en permettant l'ouverture et la fermeture du récipient au seul moyen de la bouche et surtout des dents et en offrant un couvercle de protection de l'orifice de distribution.

JP 07-223662 describes a closure device comprising, on the one hand, an external element consisting of a skirt side intended to be fixed on the 1st neck of the container and connecting upper part with a flange at least partially elastically deformable carrying a rigid central tip whose end is provided with a dispensing orifice and, on the other hand, an internal element consisting of an openwork crown intended to be immobilized under said collar and connecting in the central part to a needle capable of sealingly closing the dispensing orifice the central nozzle.
However, this device is not suitable for installing a cover which is however necessary in applications at food and especially beverages where hygiene is a determinant.
The same is true for US 3,221,952 A and Dlr 1,586,697 A.
The invention aims to solve these problems techniques reliably and satisfactorily by allowing opening and closing the container by mouth only and especially teeth and providing a protective cover for the orifice distribution.

Selon un mode de réalisation spécifique, ladite collerette comporte un épaulement de liaison avec la jupe latérale qui se prolonge à l'intérieur du col du récipient par un voile annulaire élastiquement déformable permettant le déplacement axial de l'embout entre deux positions stables respectivement d'obturation basse et d'ouverture haute.

Ce dispositif comprend deux éléments distincts, un élément externe 1 et un élément interne 2 coopérant l'un avec l'autre pour assurer la distribution du produit ainsi que l'ouverture et la fermeture étanche du récipient.
L'élément externe 1 est constitué d'une jupe latérale 11 destinée à être fixée, ici par vissage, sur le col C du récipient et se raccordant en partie haute à une collerette 12 portant un embout central 13 dont l'extrémité est munie d'un orifice de distribution 10.

Le couvercle 3 comporte des moyens d'encliquetage 31a réalisés sur une portée périphérique 31 et coopérant avec des moyens complémentaires 11a ménagés sur le bord supérieur de la jupe latérale 11.
L'encliquetage de la portée 31 du couvercle 3 sur l'élément externe 1 s'effectue conjointement à l'encliquetage de l'embout 13 sur le pointeau 22.

The end piece 13 is produced here in cylindrical form and the edge radially projecting device 13b from its end allows a mouth socket appropriate to the application of the device.
