Abstract

L'invention concerne un marché électronique basé sur des spécifications commerciales adaptatives (ATS). Le système permet à des utilisateurs d'effectuer des transactions électroniques optimisées sur le Web. L'invention concerne un procédé et un système qui permettent à des commerçants d'établir des correspondances sur un marché électronique, en fonction des spécifications d'articles fournies par ces commerçants par l'intermédiaire de spécifications commerciales adaptatives. Une fois déterminé l'objectif d'un commerçant, le système lui recommande la transaction optimale, laquelle indique les articles et les quantités spécifiés par d'autres commerçants dans le cadre du marché électronique. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés d'échange fondés sur l'ATS, qui s'effectuent en général sur un marché électronique, et en particulier dans des galeries marchandes électroniques ou ventes aux enchères électroniques.
