Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode permettant de réaliser des analyses destinées au criblage efficace et précis de grands nombres de populations cellulaires produisant des variants d'une molécule considérée. Selon un premier aspect, l'invention concerne une méthode de criblage à haut rendement réalisée sur une population importante de cellules hôtes et visant à détecter la production d'une molécule considérée, laquelle méthode consiste: a) à disposer les cellules hôtes selon un certain agencement spatial, de manière que chaque position dudit agencement spatial soit occupée par une seule cellule; b) à cultiver les cellules hôtes dans des conditions de croissance se prêtant à un criblage à haut rendement; c) à analyser chaque position de l'agencement pour y détecter la production de la molécule considérée; et d) à sélectionner les cellules provenant des positions où ladite molécule a été produite, tel que déterminé en c).
