Abstract
Dispositif de cytométrie de flux (1) et procédés servant à traiter l'information concernant des particules ou des cellules entraînées dans un flux liquide sous gaine, ce qui permet d'évaluer, de différencier, d'affecter et de séparer ces particules ou ces cellules, même à des vitesses élevées. Un premier processeur de signaux (18), individuel ou combiné à moins un processeur de signaux supplémentaire (17) sert à appliquer une transformation de correction sur les données provenant d'un signal. Cette transformation de correction peut impliquer des opérations complexes sur les données provenant d'au moins un signal (15) afin de corriger un ou plusieurs paramètres d'exploitation. On peut renvoyer les paramètres corrigés au premier processeur de signaux (18), de manière à lui transmettre une information permettant de définir et de différencier des particules (3) les unes des autres.
