Abstract

In an eccentric screw pump or an eccentric screw motor 1 there are seals or safety devices 33, 34 at the face ends of the jacket 19; these make the transition into the elastomer lining 32 of the jacket 19. This results in better sealing of the inner side 21 of the jacket 19 against the medium that is being delivered, and also effectively prevents the intimate bond between the jacket 19 and the lining 32 from being broken.
