Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque à enduire en gypse ainsi que des procédés et un dispositif permettant de produire cette plaque à enduire. Les procédés de fabrication consistent à faire passer une pâte de gypse contenant de l'eau, du gypse, des agents glissants, des agents réducteurs d'eau, des tensioactifs et d'autres additifs éventuels, à travers une tête d'extrudeuse de manière qu'elle arrive sur une surface mobile, lisse, sensiblement plane. La tête d'extrudeuse comprend sur ses côtés externes des moyens permettant l'introduction d'agents glissants dans la pâte, et sur ses bords latéraux externes des moyens permettant l'introduction d'un agent améliorant la résistance. Une fois qu'elle est extrudée et posée sur une courroie de transport, la pâte subit une activation chimique qui provoque son durcissement, ce qui permet d'obtenir une plaque de base durcie pouvant être facilement détachée de la courroie de transport et séchée.
