Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes de traitement et de prévention de la réaction du greffon contre l'hôte et de la réaction de l'hôte contre le greffon, qui comprennent comme matière active des copolymères aléatoires d'acides aminés dont l'un est sélectionné dans au moins trois des groupes suivants : (a) lysine et arginine ; (b) acide glutamique et acide aspartique ; (c) alanine et glycin ; et (d) tyrosine et tryptophan ; à condition que le copolymère aléatoire ne soit pas le copolymère 1 ou le copolymère D 1 lorsque la maladie à traiter est la réaction de l'hôte contre le greffon.
