Abstract
L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur, s'utilisant notamment comme réacteur catalytique à garnissage, l'échangeur de chaleur comprenant un ensemble de plaques en pile, la pile possédant un orifice d'admission (12) et un orifice de sortie (14) d'un premier fluide et un orifice d'admission (24) et un orifice de sortie (34) d'un deuxième fluide. L'échangeur de chaleur se caractérise par le fait qu'une première partie de l'ensemble est formée d'une ou de plusieurs plaques (26) perforées, chaque première plaque (26) perforée comportant deux séries de fentes (36, 46) en alternance, la série de fentes (36, 46) définissant deux passages séparés de ces deux fluides et la première série de passages étant reliée à l'orifice d'admission (12) et à l'orifice de sortie (14) du premier fluide ; une deuxième partie de l'ensemble est formée d'une ou de plusieurs deuxièmes plaques (20, 22, 20A) perforées comportant une première (36A, 36B) et une deuxième (46A, 46B) série de fentes correspondant aux fentes des premières plaques, chaque fente (46A, 46B) de la deuxième série ouvrant à l'une de ses deux extrémités sur une fente d'introduction (50, 50B) s'étendant à travers la deuxième plaque, la fente d'introduction étant reliée à un orifice d'admission (24) ou un orifice de sortie (34) du deuxième fluide.
