Abstract
Selon l'invention, un signal acoustique désiré est extrait d'un environnement bruyant par génération d'un signal représentant le signal désiré, à l'aide d'un processeur (30). Le processeur (30) reçoit des signaux sonores de deux capteurs (22, 24) situés chacun à un emplacement différent. Les deux entrées reçues par le processeur (30) sont converties du format analogique au format numérique, puis soumises à une transformée de Fourier discrète en vue de générer des représentations de signaux spectraux discrets. Les signaux spectraux sont retardés pour faire passer un certain nombre de signaux intermédiaires correspondant chacun à un emplacement spatial diffférent relativement aux deux capteurs. Les emplacements de la source de bruit et de la source désirée et le contenu spectral du signal désiré sont déterminés à partir du signal intermédiaire correspondant aux emplacements de la source de bruit. Une transformée inverse du signal intermédiaire choisi, suivie d'une conversion numérique-analogique, produit un signal de sortie représentant le signal désiré, grâce à une unité de sortie (90). L'invention concerne également des techniques permettant de localiser de multiples sources acoustiques. Elle concerne en outre une technique pouvant améliorer la réduction du bruit dans de multiples sources, sur la base d'une réception mettant en oeuvre deux capteurs.
